Please be reminded that the project is in a pre-experimental stage; which means that the software is not meant to be for the public at all. Please refer to Roadmap to get an understanding of the schedula and phases of the project; instead you might wanna check out the Documentation section to get a first impression of how the apps may look like.

At this point of time there are still many bugs (not all features tested in combination), missleading and confusing comments. Some implementations are not at a intuitively place and some features have not been integrated yet. Its sole for the purpose of being there as a first step to work out a solid publishing process including a bug tracking information.

Open an app from an unverified developer

Since I don't have a developer codesign certificate yet, all Apple (macOS, iOS) apps are signed with an self-signed certificate. For that reason, if you want to run the app you have to run either or both tasks:


					$ xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine /path/to/app

and / or perform the steps described in Apple - Mac User Guide / Open a Mac app from an unknown developer.

Do I have an Intel or Silicon Mac?

At this point of time I am providing downloads for both Mac systems (Intel and Silicon). At a later time I will provide a combined version, a so-called universal binary. From the 'About this Mac' screen, on the 'Overview' tab, look for a line that indicates either 'Chip' or 'Processor'. If the line contains M1 or M2, the machine is running Apple Silicon. Alternatively, the word Intel indicates that the machine is running an Intel-based Core series processor. You can also read Apples article here: Mac computers with Apple silicon.
